MY DAY: 6am Ashtanga Class in Louisville. Glassblowing with Ryan www.comcarbon.com. Filmed tour of Gaiam Headquarters. Samadhi Yoga Studio in Denver. Kundalini with Karuna in Boulder at Alchemy. Sitting in a coffee shop (big shocker). About to go to Core Power Yoga in Denver…………! JAI MA!!!
